Client case stories are important to your business. They demonstrate your strengths and successes, provide useful references and show you have the proven expertise with the relevant technologies, in solving the specific problems of your clients and with your potential client's particular vertical market.
The problem is that you don't have the time or in-house capabilities to regularly produce client case stories. I can help. I have been providing IT companies of all sizes and in all market specialisations with client case stories for several years.
The process is extremely easy and requires very little of your time:
You provide me with a basic and short briefing - either via email or by giving me a copy of the business proposal you prepared for your client. (Naturally, this would be undertaken with the necessary NDA in place).
You contact your client and get permission for me to telephone them. I interview the client via the telephone, obtain suitable quotes and draft up the initial case story text, which is emailed to you for amendments and approval.
I then email the text to your client and liaise with them until they have approved the text.
I source the necessary photographs and logos and lay out the text, images etc. on a specialisations side A4 document. If you have an existing template, I can use that. If not, I will design a standard 'case story' template based on your existing corporate style.
I provide you with the final, approved case story as a PDF ready for printing, emailing and uploading to your website, and in a Microsoft Word format so that you can use the text and quotes for other business purposes.
Costs are £350 for a single case story. If you can undertake to provide me with 5 or more case stories, the unit costs drop to £300 each.
